Free tool · Schema checker
What does your page tell machines about itself?
Enter a page address, ideally a product page. We list every JSON-LD type on it and check Product and Organization schema for the fields search engines recommend.
What it checks
The checker reads every script of type application/ld+json on the page, including @graph lists, and reports the types it finds.
For Product it looks for name, image, description, brand, sku and offers with price, priceCurrency and availability. For Organization (or OnlineStore and LocalBusiness) it looks for name, url, logo and sameAs. Blocks that are not valid JSON are counted separately.
Why it matters
Schema states facts as facts: this is a product, it costs this much, it is in stock, this brand makes it. Search engines use it for rich results with price and availability. AI shopping answers need the same facts and are more reliable when they do not have to guess them from page text.
How to fix it
- On Shopify, most themes add Product schema to product pages. If it is missing, check that the theme is up to date or ask the theme developer.
- Fill the missing fields at the source: a product with no brand or SKU in your admin produces schema with no brand or SKU.
- Add Organization schema once, on the home page, with your logo and social profiles in sameAs.
- Test again here, then with Google's Rich Results Test.
